DOT Driver Fitness & Fatigue Prevention Online Training Course
The goal of this self-paced online course is to provide realistic, actionable, and preventative DOT Driver training techniques that every commercial driver can incorporate into their daily routine to improve their safety and health on the road. Tips include: resting right, eating properly and keeping fit. After completing this course, DOT / commercial drivers will have a better understanding of the DOT physical exam requirements, sleep apnea, and how to improve their overall health.
